Bicycle and motorcycle are the main means transportation around NPTU

1. Bicycles:
   Personal or public bicycle(YouBike)

2. Motorcycle:
   If you want to buy a second-hand motorcycle as a means of transportation, please be careful. If necessary, you can ask the senior to recommend it to avoid buying stolen or other problematic motorcycles.  In addition, you need to apply for a motorcycle license and purchase mandatory motorcycle insurance. 

Notes:

1. Parking permit is required for both bicycle and motorcycle to park in campus.
   Apply at Student Information System>> 【B15】Parking Sticker Application and Violation Manage >> 【B1501S】申辦停車證作業>> 新增>> Fill out the form and upload the vehicle registration and driver’s license (bicycles are exempt)>> 存檔
   ※ No fee is required for motorcycles; please skip the payment receipt section.
   ※ Please refer to the attachment for the application steps.
   Wait for notification and collect parking sticker at Military Education and Campus Security Center( 2F, Wuyu building, Minsheng campus)
2. Each person is allowed to apply for only one permit.
   (For example, those applying for a motorcycle permit can't not apply for a bicycle permit at the same time)
3. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas.
   Blue: Staff
   White: Student
   Green: Bicycle
