Alien Resident Certificate(ARC)

Students holding a Resident visa must apply for an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) through the online application system of the National Immigration Agency within 30 days from the day after entry.

Required documents: 

1. Passport
2. Admission letter
3. Certificate of enrollment
4. Proof of accommodation (Dormitory fee receipt or Rental Certificate)
5. 2-inch (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm) ID photo
6. NT$ 1000.
7. A Chinese Name

※Please apply for renewal of the ARC at least one months before its expiration. Be mindful of the validity period to avoid any fines.
