Student Group Insurance

All enrolled students are required to apply for Student Group Insurance.

The fee is NT$638 for 114 academic year, and will be charged by tuition and fee bill per semester.

Target: 

Enrolled Student

Coverage: 

During the coverage period, illness or unexpected accidental injury, or become disabled or die, the student insurance company will undertake the insurance according to the terms of the insurance policy. 

How to apply for insurance benefits:

  1. Application form
  2. Hospital diagnosis certificate (with the official hospital seal/stamp) is required. For claims involving fractures, an X-ray film must also be provided.
  3. Original receipt (or a photocopy with the stamp of the hospital)
  4. Copy of the applicant’s bank passbook
  5. Student ID card(both sides)
  6. Road Traffic Accident Party Registration Form

※Apply insurance claim at Guidance and Counseling Section (2F, Wuyu building, Minsheng)

Claim applications must be completed within two years from the date of the accident.
